The Noise in my head never stops. Between the tinnitus and the constant thrumming of the “you suck” voices it’s always loud.
I always have to have background noise on every where I go. When I’m at home the tv is always on or music is playing and when I’m out the AirPods are always in.
I try to listen to the sounds of nature when I’m out walking or running but even then The Noise is always present.
Meditation has helped in the past but not always. The Noise has to be at a lower volume than normal for me to drown it out.
The Noise has always been a constant presence and I’ve mostly learned how to deal with it. But not always.
