I think it makes sense for me to make these accountability posts a series. Updating weekly feels very doable to me.
In my last accountability post I laid out a few things I was doing. So far they’ve been working. The meal prep service is great and the food is delicious. I didn’t go to the grocery store once this week which I consider a win!
I also met with a Personal Trainer this week and set up some sessions going forward. I’ve had a PT in the past and got a lot of value out of it. I am very, very sore this morning but I know that will pass and I will get back into the Flow.
Lastly, a friend of mine was also looking for some accountability so we joined forces and have met up to walk together. I can say, without a doubt, that had it not been for them I wouldn’t have gone for that walk.
It’s going to be a process and one that I am all too familiar with. I just have to remind myself to trust the process and do it, even when I’m not feeling up to it. When I don’t feel up to it that is likely my anxiety talking.
